Shadrach Plumbing & Cooling

Shadrach Plumbing installed a new water softener for us. We also asked them to fix a few plumbing issues that we had been meaning to get done. Josh, the owner responded very quickly & sent Louis out to take a look. He was knowledgeable & offered different options for the softener along with his recommendations. We compared their prices with other companies & found Shadrach to be competitive. Louis was great in responding to our questions before the install. Yesterday we had the work completed & are happy to have soft water back! We would definitely use Shadrach again, in fact we’ve signed up for their maintenance plan. And a couple of minutes ago one of our neighbors asked for our plumbers contact details & we gave them the Shadrach number!

My experience with Louis couldn't have been better after moving into my new home. After scoping out our concerns, he provided us options. When asked, he offered his recommendations. With his advice, we were able to build a custom work order to meet the needs of our home. He was able to complete much of the work same-day (a soft water system install, and kitchen faucet replacement). We never felt pressured or up-sold. We appreciated how Louis was personable when appropriate, and straight to the point when we needed it. I'd recommend him to my friends and family.

We’ve been customers of Shadrach for a few years now and have worked with them on multiple home projects on both the plumbing and cooling/heating side of things. I’ve needed plumbing help a few times and every time, Shadrach has given excellence in every way. They check everything and explain it simply, helped me pick out replacement parts, respected my time and space, were organized and clean, very professional and friendly. A special thank you to Louis and Ryan. Your suggestions transformed my rooms. Louis even helped me when I ran into him at the hardware store! And by text when trying to figure out parts! Excellent experience! Had 2 Bosch A/C and heating units installed. Danny was exceptional at handling everything aspect of the job from estimating to installing. His coworkers Josh and Gage were equally qualified and thorough. Would highly recommend. While my above comments stand. I need to regrade my posing. Post install Customer service doesn’t exist. I feel like they disappeared after receiving 30k for work done.

Shadrach is the best company for your heating and cooling needs. They are very prompt and always friendly and professional. They respond quickly and are thorough . We love supporting local business and would absolutely recommend them to anyone . Our tech Spencer was great !

Called on Monday evening about 4:30 pm spoke with the young lady answering phones by Tuesday at noon, I had my repair completely done excellent work very good communication throughout the process very very reasonable rates. I will definitely use again. Ryan the Young technician did a fantastic job for me. I will recommend to my friends and neighbors.

Everyone at Shadrach was a pleasure to deal with! We needed a new heat pump. They presented us with our options and fair price quotes and installed in a timely fashion. We thank Cory, Gage and the whole gang for doing a great job. We will use them again if we need either plumbing or cooling.
